The Dirt Road Band performed live at The Commercial Inn, Glossop on 14 October 2023.

The band's line-up are usually Steve Walwyn on guitar and vocal (Dr Feelgood, The DTs, Chevy, Steve Marriott, Roger Chapman, Eddie and The Hot Rods, Red on Red), Ted Duggan on drums (Badfinger, The Beat, The Selecter, Desmond Dekker, Chevy, The Drifters, Banco De Gaia) and Horace Panter on bass (The Specials - Number One Hit `Ghost Town` and eight consecutive top ten hits) but Horace Panter is currently in Los Angeles so in his place on bass guitar was Norman Watt-Roy (The Blockheads, Wilko Johnson).

The band were joined onstage by Guest vocalist Gary Miller.

The Dirt Road Band will be back at The Commercial Inn again next year with Horace Panter on the bass.
